Property Assistant & Guest Concierge
A exciting opportunity has arisen to join the private family office of an UHNWI as their Property Assistant and Guest Concierge. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an exciting family office and the role offers genuine progression and variety each day. The family has various business ventures and a property portfolio both in London and abroad with a steady flow of business delegates, family and friend’s that regularly stay. This role is essentially managing the portfolio of properties and acting as PA to the families’ guests.
In this search, we are focusing more on the person than a check-list of requirements; we are looking for someone that is thoughtful, solutions focused and has a genuine muck-in attitude.
Guest Experience and Concierge Support
• Lead all guest coordination across the UK and abroad, ensuring warm welcomes and attentive care throughout their stay.
• Arrange travel logistics, including airport transfers and itineraries.
• Prepare properties for arrivals and provide meet-and-greet service.
• Coordinate with chefs on grocery needs and meal preferences.
• Offer bespoke concierge services tailored to guest needs.
Property & Operations Support
• Supervise and coordinate contractors, service providers, and deliveries across all properties.
• Manage cleaning schedules, inventories, and regular property checks.
• Handle utility readings, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and ensure general upkeep.
• Support office operations, including the opening and closing of the Principal’s office and event setup/breakdown.
• Assist with ongoing property projects, including renovations and a new build.
Personal & Family Assistance
• Run errands and provide general support to the family
• Assisting with personal shopping and office supplies.
• Coordinating vehicle maintenance, including servicing, MOTs, charging, and cleaning.
Candidate requirements:
• Ideally higher education qualification above secondary school
• Full, clean UK driving license
• Previous UHNWI, family office or concierge experience
• Maximum 4-6 weeks notice period
• Ultra organised and adaptable
• Detail orientated
• Happy to work both Independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, dynamic and naturally proactive
Please note, this role is based 5 days per week in the office in Hampstead.
Core hours: 9am – 6pm with some flexibility required
