Details

Position: Attendance Officer

Contract: Term time, permanent

Start Date: September 2026

Salary: Actual salary £22,554 - £24,162 (FTE £27,634 - £29,604) based on 36 hours a week term time only

Key Responsibilities

* Daily monitoring of all aspects of attendance (including punctuality), ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Analyzing data and producing attendance reports to relevant staff, including daily reports where necessary.
* Liaising and intervening with parents, students and staff to improve student attendance.


Requirements

* Awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
* Experience working in an office environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
