Responsibilities include:
1. Having Qualified Teacher Status.

3. Building positive relationships with colleagues and pupils.

5. Demonstrating strong subject and curriculum knowledge.
6. Planning targeted interventions and liaising with SENCOs to evaluate pupil progress.
7. Assessing and recording student progress and achievements accurately.
8. Working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining excellent communication.
9. Implementing positive behaviour management strategies.
