Role & Responsibilities:
* Set up and change tooling on injection moulding machines, ensuring correct configuration for each production run.
* Monitor daily operations across multiple moulding machines, starting equipment and making performance‑improving adjustments as needed.
* Operate machinery safely and effectively, troubleshooting issues and carrying out maintenance
* Perform quality control checks, maintain accurate records and reports, and promptly escalate any issues to the supervisor.
* Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, keeping machinery and work areas clean, organised and hazard‑free.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working as an Injection Mould Setter, with strong knowledge of tooling, machine setup and process optimisation.
* Ability to run and monitor multiple injection moulding machines simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and efficient production flow.
