About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Claires, you will support your Store Manager with the following:
1. Sales and profit: Driving and achieving retail store targets
2. Customer service: Delivering the highest level of customer service
3. Store operations: Ensuring smooth daily store functions
4. Commerciality: Maintaining attractive and commercially correct merchandising
5. Team leadership: Assisting in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career growth
6. Ear piercing: Full training provided

About You
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum one year of retail management experience
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Basic computer literacy
* Strong math skills and good reading comprehension
* Understanding of customer service importance
* Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically
* Physical ability to stand during shifts
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
* Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and assisting customers with merchandise
* Ability to operate POS systems
