Boston Bar are seeking a dedicated and skilled Deputy General Manager to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of food and drink preparation and production processes. The Deputy General Manager will assist in overseeing daily operations while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Duties
1. Assist the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
2. Supervise FOH and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance and morale.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining and bar areas.
4. Collaborate with the team to develop menus and improve food & drink production processes.
5. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
6. Train new staff members on drink preparation techniques, health & safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
7. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
