Private Client Locum Somerset 3:6:month assignment Immediate Start Hybrid Working. A well established firm is seeking a Private Client Locum to support its Somerset office following a member of staff going off on long term sick leave. This is a short term assignment offering flexibility and a varied Private Client caseload, with a supportive team in place.
Responsibilities
The successful locum will manage a general Private Client caseload, providing continuity and support to the department during this period. The firm offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring attendance in the Somerset office 1:2 days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.
* Wills and Codicils
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* General Private Client advisory work
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Locum
* Strong all round Private Client experience
* Able to manage files independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable working on a hybrid basis
* Available to start as soon as possible
Working Arrangements
* Assignment duration: 3:6 months
* Ideally full time, though 3 days per week minimum will be considered
* Hybrid working: 1:2 days in the Exeter office, remainder remote
* Supportive and well structured team environment
