REAL ESTATE FINANCE SOLICITOR - NEWCASTLE - (Agile Working Available) Are you a talented real estate lawyer with some finance experience, ideally around 2-5 year PQE, looking to join a highly respected, award-winning team, based in the North East? This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team recognised nationally for its high-quality legal work and exceptional client care. You'll ideally have experience in some or all of the following areas:
* Property finance / development finance
* Commercial and residential development work
* Landlord and tenant matters
You may also have experience in:
* Acting for both lenders and borrowers on property aspects of funding transactions
* Handling a range of property matters including development, acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold interests
* Advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters
* Supporting the property aspects of corporate transactions
You will also be:
* A proactive self-starter with strong technical skills
* Commercially aware and confident in managing client relationships
* A committed team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic about business development and delivering outstanding service
Location & Flexibility: The role is based at the firm's head office in central Newcastle upon Tyne, where the team has a long-established presence. There is also flexibility through an agile working policy, allowing team members to work 2-3 days per week from home or other locations, depending on business needs.
