We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead a high-quality, fresh food kitchen. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in seasonal cooking, thrives in a leadership role, and understands that a well-run kitchen is built on both creativity and structure.
You’ll take full responsibility for the kitchen operation — from designing compelling menus using local produce, to implementing and maintaining clear systems, training your team, and ensuring consistently high standards of food and service.

The Role:
* Creating and delivering seasonal, produce-led menus that reflect the region
* Leading and developing a motivated, professional kitchen team
* Overseeing all aspects of kitchen management: GP, stock, compliance, rotas, training
* Embedding strong systems and procedures to ensure consistency and clarity
* Working collaboratively with front of house and senior management to deliver a smooth and memorable guest experience
The Person:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fresh food pub kitchen.
* A confident leader who values teamwork, communication, and accountability
* Strong financial and operational awareness — with a clear understanding of cost control and margins
