We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Credit Controller / Telesales Operative. This is a dual role, offering the opportunity to combine strong customer service and organisational skills with a proactive approach to sales and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
· Making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue invoices, resolving queries, and arranging payment plans where necessary.
· Building and maintaining positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
· Making telesales calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products/services and secure sales.
· Recording and updating customer information accurately in the system.
· Working with the wider team to achieve individual and company targets.
· Supporting general office and administrative duties as required.
About You:
· Previous experience in credit control, telesales, or a customer-facing role is desirable .
· Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult conversations.
· Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Flexible to work occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
