We are seeking adetail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is committed to accuracy,compliance, and delivering high-quality service for Bargain Chemist storesacross New Zealand.
Reporting to the PayrollManager, you will support the end-to-end processing of payroll, ensuringemployees are paid correctly and on time. You will also assist with payrollqueries and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legislativerequirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Help process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
* Maintain employee records, including newstarters, terminations, and contract changes
* Ensure compliance with relevantlegislation
* Respond to payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
o Experience in a payroll administrationrole
o Experience in payroll processing would bebeneficial
o Some knowledge of payroll legislation andcompliance requirements
o High level of accuracy and attention todetail
o Strong organisational and time managementskills
o Ready Workforce experience advantageousbut not essential
