Essential
* Previous experience working as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Administrator, admin, Office Manager or in a similar role.
* Experience in an office or customer service environment.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
* Excellent telephone manner, with a professional and courteous approach to patient interaction.
Desirable
* 1 year of experience in customer service.
* A:Level or equivalent qualification.
Shift
* Monday to Friday: 10:30 to 18:30
* 2 Saturdays per month
