As a Student Progress Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the college experience for our students beyond the classroom. You will be responsible for implementing a wide range of activities, events and programs that contribute to the overall student experience. From transition programs to enrichment activities, you will work tirelessly to create a vibrant and inclusive community where students feel welcomed, supported, and engaged.
Contractual Details
Rate of Pay or Salary: £23,928 - £26,224 per annum, (actual salary £12,934 to £14,175)
Contract Type: 20 hours per week, all year round
Contract Type: Permanent
Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme
Leave entitlement: 29 days pro rata per year, plus bank holidays and additional discretionary leave at Christmas.
