Our established accountancy firm, that has over 40 offices are expanding its Corporate Finance team.
We are looking for a Deal Administrator to act as the backbone of our transaction process. This isn’t just \"data entry\"—you will be pivotal in ensuring deals move from enquiry to completion without a hitch.
The Role
As a Deal Administrator, you will support our Partners and Managers by managing the administrative lifecycle of various financial transactions.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Transaction Support: Managing deal documentation, ensuring all contracts and financial schedules are accurate and filed correctly.
* Compliance & KYC: Conducting essential \"Know Your Customer\" and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks—where your banking background will truly shine.
* Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, solicitors, and lenders to gather missing information and provide status updates.
* Data Management: Maintaining our CRM and deal trackers with absolute precision.
* Project Coordination: Assisting in the preparation of pitch decks and completion files.
1. Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is \"process-obsessed\" and understands the high stakes of financial transactions.
* Experience: Previous experience within Banking (Corporate, Retail, or Credit) is highly desirable. Alternatively, experience in a similar role within legal or professional services.
* Skillset: You are a Microsoft Excel whiz and have a natural knack for spotting errors that others miss.
* Mindset: You are professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
* Location: You are within a commutable distance of Aldridge.
