You will oversee mandatory, specialist, and developmental training, ensuring all staff meet regulatory, organisational, and best-practice standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage training programmes across health & social care services
Ensure compliance with mandatory training (, first aid, mental health, dementia, autism, medication, fire safety)
Maintain accurate training records, certificates, and compliance trackers
Deliver face-to-face and blended learning sessions
Identify training needs and support staff development and progression.Core skills required
