Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a Business Analyst to join a large and growing social housing organisation in Merseyside on a permanent basis.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for investigating and analysing efficiencies of business activities and processes.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
* The role involves working with stakeholders across our business to understand and most effectively address issues raised
* There may be a requirement to work with external providers, e.g., software providers, on a project by project basis
* Understand business needs from a project / change activity perspective and undertake business analysis to identify change requirements
* Facilitate group workshops and meetings to enable diagnosis of business problems, gathering of business requirements and future process design
* Gather, identify and document business requirements that can be used to assist future process design and identification of sustainable solutions
* Simplify requirements, so they are easily understood by all stakeholders involved and strengthen stakeholder buy in and engagement to change
* Undertake business process modelling and improve business processes that meet business needs and enable our business to deliver against its strategic objectives
* Identify costs and business savings in line with our business's strategic objectives
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in change related roles
* Demonstrable evidence of excellence in change management
* Social housing experience would be ideal but not essential
