Deputy Cleaning Supervisor / Reception Supervisor
Rate of Pay: £13.98 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 37.5
Location: HMRC Regional Centre, 1 Sibbald Walk, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 8FT
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
* Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
* Work within a team and work under their own initiative.
* Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role.
* Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
* Reliable, hardworking and with a professional attitude.
