About the Role:
As an ECT Maths teacher, you will deliver dynamic lessons that engage students and promote deep understanding of mathematical principles. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and support students in reaching their full potential in mathematics.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
* Differentiate instruction to cater to the individual learning needs of students and promote inclusivity.
* Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth.
* Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and critical thinking.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources and teaching materials that enhance student learning experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS status as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies. Background checks, including an enhanced DBS disclosure, will be required for successful applicants.
