We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sport Lecturer to join one of the largest colleges in Birmingham, based at our vibrant Longbridge campus. If you love sport and thrive on motivating learners, this could be the perfect role for you.The RoleAs a Sport Lecturer, you’ll play a key role in shaping students’ futures by:
* Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons across sport-related programmes
* Planning and assessing learner work, providing constructive and meaningful feedback
* Creating an inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed
* Supporting learners to progress, achieve, and reach their full potential
* Contributing to course development and wider departmental activities
About YouWe’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
* A relevant qualification in Sport (degree level or equivalent)
* A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Experience delivering sport or physical activity courses, ideally within Further Education
* Strong communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A genuine enthusiasm for sport and learner development
