Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
Working closely with the Service Leader, Support Workers and the individuals we support, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Our Shifts: 07:00–14:30 | 13:30–21:00 | 21:00–07:00 (Waking Nights)
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts only
Contract: 37.5-hour permanent contract
Driving License Required? No
What You'll Be Doing You’ll be supporting 4 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
Supporting with personal careMedication AdministrationHome management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget managementDaily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and support with cycling, rambling, baking, listening to music and visiting local coffee shops Your values:
