Our client is seeking an organised receptionist administrator to join a busy school in Central Epsom. You'll be responsible for: Meeting and greeting students, parents, teachers and visitors to the school. Answering incoming calls, and following up on enquiries as needed. Following visitor compliance and H&S procedures and checks. Collating lunch figures for students every morning, and issuing to the kitchens by 10am each day. Diary management and administration tasks linked to everyday day to day needs of the school/staff. Assisting with the organising of school trips.
