We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with our design and creative outputs, What difference will you make? Young people from disadvantaged or vulnerable backgrounds. What are we looking for? To design and create graphic content as directed by the Charity Director. To provide appropriate, necessary support and innovative ideas to the team regarding our social media presence Background in hands-on UI design and adept in Adobe XD and Figma. Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and research methods. Confident in collaborating and happy to work with various teams across the organisation. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Adobe Creative Cloud experience, designing for both print and digital. What will you be doing? We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help with our design and creative outputs, these include Website Social Media content e-flyers posters pamphlets You will be supported by our Creative Director and Heads of Design and be part of a growing creative team. You will use your design skills to create engaging collateral for both print and digital, including wireframes for our web development team. All volunteers will be expected to be Approachable Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to develop a good rapport with people Good interpersonal skills Excellent listening skills Able to feedback in writing on views heard Have a commitment to helping others, have a voice and improve local services Be non-judgemental, open-minded and able to separate your own experiences.
