Role type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a fixed shift pattern.
Responsibilities
* Be the customer’s first point of contact and perform fact-finding to navigate queries and offer the right resolutions.
* Communicate with customers via phone, in-app chat, and email to provide patient and thoughtful solutions.
* Equip customers with tools to help themselves and maximise their use of GoHenry.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What you need to join
* Transferable customer service skills from a contact centre, financial services, retail, or hospitality environment.
* A high standard of written and verbal English.
* Comfortable navigating multiple systems while explaining processes to customers.
* A passion for building rapport and delivering a great customer experience.
