The Role
This is a full time, office based Internal Sales position based in Bournemouth.
You will act as a key point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries, processing orders and providing product guidance across solar and storage solutions.
The role combines customer service, account management and sales, with a focus on building long term relationships and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing inbound customer enquiries and providing product support
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities
* Supporting customers with technical and product related queries
* Coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
* Experience in internal sales, customer service or account management
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
* Proactive and solutions focused mindset
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Experience within renewable energy, solar or electrical wholesale
