Department: Nursery Education | Location: Blackheath, London | Compensation: £14,404 – £15,873 per year.
Responsibilities
As an Early Years Educator, you will nurture curiosity, creativity and confidence in every child in your care. You will bring the N Curriculum to life through play and meaningful connections, support smooth daily routines, create and implement development‑focused activity plans, carry out observations and assessments, and embed all policies and procedures into practice. You will build strong, trusted relationships with children and families, ensure a safe, clean, engaging classroom, and be a positive role model.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children in an early‑years environment.
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant).
* Paediatric First Aid 12 hours and willingness to train.
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh.
* A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
* A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset.
* Confident communicator with a love for customer service.
