We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Service Development Manager to drive transformation across our Street Scene services. This role is central to delivering major improvement programmes, including local government reorganisation work, systems modernisation, and simpler recycling arrangements.
What You'll Do
* Lead and coordinate high‑profile projects and service improvement programmes.
* Track milestones, risks, and progress to keep projects on schedule.
* Develop performance dashboards and data analysis tools that support strategic decision‑making.
* Produce high‑quality reports, Member briefings, and consultation materials.
* Champion digital transformation and process improvements across the service.
