The Opportunity
We’re looking for an early stage Performance Marketeer - starting out in their career - who wants to become a Master Digital Marketeer and Swiss Army Knife with a range of expertise across a number of platforms.
It’ll be all about ownership, creative ideation, deepening your expertise, and getting things done fast.
What You'll Do
You'll have three core priorities:
1. Own Meta Ads Acquisition of Health Professional for our Temporary Staffing Marketplace
* Plan, build, launch and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to drive Health Professional sign-ups to the Florence platform
* Monitor performance daily - identify what's working, kill what isn't, and iterate fast.
* Own the numbers: CAC, ROAS, conversion rates. You'll become the go-to expert for this area of the business.
* Create and experiment with new creative assets and build them yourself (UGC; AI; filming in office; and more).
2. Supporting with Content Creation
* Support with Content Creation for Founder-led branding across LinkedIn.
* Edit video clips to a polished standard using tools like CapCut.
* Come up with new ideas for content for our social media platform and new lead magnet ideas for our website.
3. Supporting with Sales Enablement
* Support the creation of decks, 1-pagers and downloadable assets that help the sales team close deals.
* Make our Sales materials beautiful: translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
What We're Looking For
You'll need:
* 0-2 years' hands-on experience running Meta Ads (you don't have to be an expert - we're looking for raw talent/understanding).
* Extremely comfortable with data and analytics (you'll need this)
* Basic video editing skills (this is a must).
* Coachable: you are able and keen to learn new tools & best practices.
Bonus points (nice to have, not essential)
* Experience with HubSpot
* Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics knowledge
* More advanced video editing skills (a useful bonus)
* You've played with AI tools or vibe coding
