Our client, a leading commercial electrical contractor and energy services provider, is expanding its team! Serving clients across New England, they specialize in delivering high-impact projects in energy efficiency, solar, and EV infrastructure.
They are seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to play a key role in accelerating growth by delivering tailored energy solutions to commercial and institutional clients.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Executive – Energy Services, you’ll be at the forefront of business development. Your mission is to build relationships, create energy savings opportunities, and represent the company with professionalism and expertise.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Generating new business opportunities within the energy services space, particularly with end-users.
* Cultivating and managing strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Understanding client needs and recommending custom energy solutions, including incentive programs and utility rebates.
* Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and estimates.
* Representing the company at industry events and associations to strengthen market presence.
* Meeting or exceeding sales goals aligned with the company’s growth targets and utility program objectives.
* Staying current with industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in energy services, renewables, or related fields.
* Deep understanding of energy efficiency, solar, and EV charging solutions.
* Familiarity with utility incentive programs and energy rebate structures.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
This is a hybrid/remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the Massachusetts area. Occasional travel to client sites or company events may be required.
