The Role
As Service Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our Aftersales operation. You will:
Lead, motivate and develop the Service Advisor and Workshop teams
To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan, whilst maintaining quality standards and customer service.
To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
To ensure that the manufacturers standards are always adhered to.
To make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained.
To monitor colleague performance.
About You
We're looking for an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have:
Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager
Strong people‑leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate
A passion for delivering 5‑star customer service
Excellent organisational and commercial awareness
Experience within a premium or franchised dealership (desirable but not essential)
