As Senior People Advisor (FTC), you will provide expert people advice, case management and workforce planning support, while playing a key role in organisational design and change initiatives.Partnering closely with leaders and the People Partnering Team, you will help diagnose organisational challenges and design practical people solutions that enable performance, engagement and future capability. You will lead on complex employee relations cases, coach and develop managers, and support significant change activity including restructures, consultations and TUPE.Using data, insight and professional judgement, you will help shape organisational structures and workforce plans that align with IC24’s strategic and transformational priorities.
