An exciting opportunity has come up for an organised and proactive Events Administrator to support a busy team based in Scarborough.
This is a temporary role expected to last 3–4 months, ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure events run smoothly.
Some of the Events Administrator duties are:
* Assembling high-quality training packs, printing and laminating documents, and ensuring all resources are organised and ready ahead of each event.
* Keeping track of stock levels for stationery, printed materials, and other event items.
* Producing delegate name cards and signage for each event, ensuring accuracy and professional presentation.
* Maintaining spreadsheets, checking checklists, supporting event schedules, and updating internal systems with attendee information.
* Attending monthly events in Nottingham (one per month from June to September), arriving early to help with room setup, putting flip chart papers on the wall, ensuring tea and coffee are ready, and making sure all materials are in place before attendees arrive.
* Providing support to the team throughout the event, being on hand to replenish materials, tidy up during breaks, and help with any light client interaction when need
This will initially be office-based in Scarborough to begin with, with some travel to monthly events in Nottingham with time off in lieu given for longer event days.
Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm earning a salary of £12.82 per hour.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a friendly and professional team, helping to deliver high-quality training events with real attention to detail. Ideal for someone with a strong admin background and a hands-on approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
