We're working on behalf of a respected, family-run business specialising in animal health, nutrition and agronomy. This is a growing business with exciting plans and genuine succession opportunities for the right person. About the role: This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, including: Managing stock control, ordering and overseeing deliveries Building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and customers Driving business development opportunities - both in-store and potentially out on-farm Ensuring smooth store operations with a commercial focus Leading from the front with ambition, energy and a proactive, independent approach What We're Looking For: A strong interest or background in agriculture Previous experience in retail, trade or agricultural sales Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities AMTRA SQP/RAMA qualification is desirable, or willingness to train A full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
