We're looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company that values hard work, a good sense of humour, and a can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Purchase Ledger entry and reconciliation
Credit Control - chasing payments and managing outstanding invoices
Processing daily quotes and conducting SOP/POP checks
Material usage checks and cost tracking
Recording and reconciling financial transactions in the general ledger
Using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and Tradify
Client financial analysis and reporting
Supporting budgeting and forecasting tasks
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance admin role
Familiarity with Sage, Xero, and Tradify (or similar platforms)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills - especially for liaising with clients
