As a Diploma Educator, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to creating a nurturing, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children in your care
* Contribute to a holistic learning program that supports children’s development and wellbeing
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment
* Engage with families to foster positive relationships and open communication
What You Need to Be Successful
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* A valid WWCC/Blue Card
* Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
* A genuine love for early childhood education and a strong commitment to excellence in care and learning
