Our client is a faith-based charity.

A key element of their organisation exists to promote action and reflection on peace and social justice.
They are now looking for a Justice and Peace Co-ordinator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

The Role
As the Justice and Peace Co-ordinator, you will support our client’s mission and strengthen justice-focused activity across the region.
Working closely with senior figures in the organisation, you’ll help shape vision, strategy, and advocacy priorities, ensuring decisions are implemented and communicated.
You’ll recruit and support a network of contacts, facilitate the creation local groups, and raise awareness of issues ranging from local inequality to global injustice.
You will also support various initiatives, represent our client at events, and manage communications such as newsletters and diocesan updates, ensuring justice and peace activities remain visible, connected, and impactful.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide secretariat support
- Offer guidance and liaison for local groups
- Facilitate events, campaigns, and issue-specific working groups
About You
To be considered as a Justice and Peace Co-ordinator, you will need:
-Experience in at least one of the following: pastoral ministry, community development, social work, volunteer management, or youth work
- Experience in campaigning or advocacy on justice, peace, and life issues
- An understanding of the social and moral teachings of the Catholic Church
- Strong project management and people skills
The closing date for this role is the 28th November 2025. Interviews are scheduled for the 9th December 2025.
