The Digital Campaign Executive is responsible for creating email & SMS campaigns on behalf of clients using the latest technology, monitoring email quality, testing templates and HTML emails to ensure they are optimized for different email clients and devices, as well as liaising with clients and internal teams where necessary. You will be enthusiastic about the digital advertising landscape and be prepared to tackle a wide variety of tasks. You should have strong multitasking skills and be able to manage multiple campaigns with different deadlines simultaneously. A strong customer service focus, a willingness to develop new skills, flexibility, and the ability to work closely with colleagues are essential.
Key Accountabilities
1. Manage a broad range of high-volume email campaigns for clients.
2. Use market ESP software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to create and implement both automated and manual email and SMS campaigns.
3. Utilize Marketing Cloud products including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Einstein, and Mobile Connect to facilitate market-leading campaigns.
4. Build and deploy dynamic, mobile-friendly emails, including A/B testing, and generate customized reports.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Working knowledge of email and SMS delivery platforms and related products.
* At least one year of experience in digital marketing.
* Proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary - up to £25,000
