Job Description:
* Hybrid role, primarily based from the South Manchester office.
* Oversee the engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects.
* Engage with potential new clients, providing quotes and price estimates.
* Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager levels.
* Report to the Managing Director.
* Require at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, or similar roles.
* Location: Manchester area.
* Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pub/leisure groups, etc.
