The Role at a Glance
* Position: Business Development Executive
* Location: Milton Keynes (Office Based / Hybrid)
* Salary: £35,000 Base, c£50,000 OTE

* Type: Full Time, Permanent
* Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
* Generating and converting leads, building client relationships
* Delivering sales pitches and proposals
* Networking and attending industry events
* Tracking sales performance and market trends
* Staying updated on industry developments
Candidate Profile
* Proven sales experience, preferably in conveyancing or estate agency B2B
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Proficiency with systems and technology
* Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
