Overview
A scaling software firm has a new position for a Presales Consultant. You will take charge of presenting and demonstrating tax software solutions as well as serve as a key connection point between prospective clients, product teams, and implementation teams. You will work closely to with clients, identify pain points and provide actionable feedback to the product team to enhance solution appeal. You must will have a tax background and experience from a tax software firm, a Big 4/Top 10 accounting, or a consultancy firm.
What you will be doing
1. Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations, including both standard offerings and customized proof of concepts, to prospects, clients, and partners.
2. Collaborate with product teams to gain a deep understanding of solutions, enabling effective communication of benefits to customers.
3. Provide feedback on product features, user behaviour, and suggested enhancements based on client interactions and market insights.
4. Conduct comprehensive industry research, including competitor analysis and exploration of emerging trends. Identify new markets and potential use cases for the platform, aligning opportunities with product capabilities. Based on this research, create new use cases on the platform to address identified needs.
