Client Services Coordinator
Location: Forest Row, East Sussex
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

We work across both the public and private sectors, providing tailored services to homeowners, insurers, housing associations, and commercial clients.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised and proactive Client Services Coordinator to become a key part of our close-knit team. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and being at the heart of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for the business: handling calls, emails, and client portal enquiries
* Coordinate site visits for the projects team.
* Keep CRM records up to date and manage client and contractor correspondence
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth workflows
* Provide administrative and compliance support to directors and site supervisors
* Carry out general office duties including filing, data entry, and managing supplies
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (construction or technical industries preferred)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Friendly, professional manner with a customer-focused approach
* Knowledge of insurance processes or building standards is advantageous
