About This Role Are you currently a Contract Hire Manager, or a sales professional ready to step into a role focused on long-term fleet partnerships? This opportunity places you at the heart of driving regional growth, developing strategic customer relationships and expanding our truck and trailer contract hire portfolio. As a Contract Hire Manager with Dawsongroup, you will play a key role in generating new business, supporting fleet expansion and helping customers navigate smarter asset solutions. You’ll take ownership of regional sales performance while contributing to the continued success of our Truck and Trailer division. Develop and grow long-term customer partnerships across contract hire, term rental and finance offerings. Drive regional CAPEX activity, including specialist and bespoke build requirements. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while supporting overall fleet utilisation targets. Work collaboratively with Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers and the Regional Head of Sales to align regional strategy. Ensure CRM systems are kept updated with accurate forecasting and performance insights. About You You thrive on building relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and helping customers find practical fleet solutions. Whether you already understand asset rental or are eager to learn the sector, you bring confidence, drive and a proactive mindset. Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and colleagues alike. Target-driven, ambitious and committed to continuous professional growth. Organised and comfortable managing pipelines, forecasts and CRM systems. Collaborative approach, working effectively across sales and operational teams.
