Management Accountant | Leeds | Up to £45,000 (DOE)
We’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a growing and well-established business based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a varied role within a supportive and forward-thinking finance team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
* Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
* Reviewing and posting journals (accruals, prepayments, intercompany)
* Supporting VAT returns, audits, and cash flow forecasting
* Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial planning
* Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business
* Monitoring stock and supporting operational finance activities
What we’re looking for:
* QBE, AAT qualified, or part‑qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
* Strong management accounts experience
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
