Customer Service Advisor Full time permanent role Monday-Friday (Apply online only) (37.5 hours per week - 30 min lunch) Role based in Haywards Heath - modern offices - 10 min walk from the station. Some parking available on site along with nearby free street parking. Salary - £25000 - £28000 per year - very good all round company benefits, including excellent pension scheme along with a great employee benefits scheme, social events throughout the year and staff Christmas party The Role - Customer Service Advisor The role offers a daily mix of phone based customer service and administration work in a busy and very friendly office within an expanding and stable organisation. Customer Service Advisor - duties include: Answer and resolve customer queries and take ownership of the task, via telephone and email. General policy administration Pro-actively follow up customer enquiries and convert to policies where possible Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded Produce high quality documents and maintain computer records Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with Undertake regular learning and development Experience, competencies and knowledge required Experience within a telephone based or customer facing / support role Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
