Join us on our improvement journey in Northern Lincolnshire and Goole towards 'Better Births'. We are seeking a Midwife with an interest in vaccination to lead the implementation of a robust vaccination in pregnancy programme for eligible patients. This role offers the opportunity to maintain your midwifery skills in a forward-looking service with staff committed to improving care for women and families.
The unit has been awarded BFI Level 3 (GOLD). We have exciting opportunities for both new and experienced midwives to join our established team at NLAG.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Implementing a robust vaccination in pregnancy programme for eligible patients.
2. Assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating care programmes in various environments independently.
3. Supporting, supervising, and teaching less experienced staff in relevant clinical and non-clinical procedures.
4. Working autonomously within the department/team according to Trust guidelines and professional standards.
