As a Sales Manager at Next, you will lead and inspire a team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. The role involves varied, fast‑paced responsibilities where you will drive commercial and operational excellence, continually motivate your staff, and invest in your own professional development from day one.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Management team across all product areas, back‑of‑house operations, and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver exceptional service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that encourages, motivates, and inspires the team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.

* Exceptional commercial understanding with the ability to create a fantastic shopping experience.
