What you’ll be doing
* Design & Technical Planning – scope and design system deployments for large-scale projects.
* Client Engagement – present solutions, lead consultations, and build trusted relationships.
* Site Surveys – assess installation and integration requirements on live projects.
* Project Coordination – collaborate across sales, product, operations, and customer success.
* Market Development – support growth in the UK and European markets while working with global teams.
What we’re looking for
Degree in Building Services, MEP, or Civil/Environmental Engineering
Experience in MEP, building services, or water systems
Strong ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical plans
Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
Ambition, adaptability, and a start-up mentality – someone excited to grow with a scaling business
Bonus if you bring:
* CIBSE membership (or working towards chartership)
* Plumbing systems or water management experience
* Familiarity with BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit)
