Position Summary
The selected candidate will assist chefs in carrying out their culinary tasks.
What you'll do
1. Perform daily operations in the Culinary Kitchen.
2. Maintain and keep the Culinary Kitchen clean and organized.
3. Ensure compliance with sanitation, maintenance, and safety standards.
4. Assist chefs with ingredient sourcing, procurement, mise en place, cooking, and clean-up during culinary events and daily activities.
5. Handle cash for raw materials procurement and prepare expense summaries with necessary documentation before handing over to the chef.
6. Collaborate with the assigned chef on daily culinary activities.
7. Assist and accompany chefs during domestic travels for culinary activities and events.
8. Support media food shoots, TV/video shoots, and company promotional shoots.
9. Conduct regular inventory checks of materials, equipment, tools, and utensils.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Culinary Operations Head or chefs.
What you'll bring
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience working in a restaurant as a cook or service crew.
* Excellent communication skills, including interdepartmental communication.
* Willingness to work at Brixton, Pasig City.
