At NeilMed, the goal is to create safe, effective, simple and affordable products for the nasal and sinus care. NeilMed’s flagship product Sinus Rinse™ is considered as the first line of treatment for the symptomatic relief of nasal and sinus acute as well as chronic conditions.
Job Summary:
The Account Executive (AE) at NeilMed UK will be responsible for assisting KAM in managing and expanding relationships with key healthcare clients, distributors, and retailers within the respiratory medical devices sector. The AE will focus on driving sales, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that NeilMed's products meet the needs of customers in the UK market. This role requires a strong understanding of respiratory care products, strategic account management, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting and Analysis:
* Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Problem Solving:
* Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.
* Teamwork:
* Collaborating with sales representatives, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
Skills and qualifications typically required for an Account Executive role:
* Strong sales and communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients.
* Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Account Management:
* Execute strategy plan agreed with key accounts, Distributors, and NHS Supply chain.
* Serve as point of contact for key clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Ensure that all client needs are met promptly and that NeilMed's products are well-represented and stocked.
Market and Product Knowledge:
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in respiratory care, medical devices, and regulatory changes within the UK healthcare sector.
* Strong coordination with Key stake holders (Internal and External) for timely delivery of marketing materials.
* Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
Reporting and Administration:
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, account status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic account activities for senior management.
* JBP management - co-ordinate activities as per JBP finalized with Key accounts.
Sales and Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
Preferred Experience -
* NHS Supply Chain
* Main line wholesalers
* Key accounts such as Boots, SuperDrug and to name of few!
* Independent Chains
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
* Preferred experience in Account Management or in a sales role within the medical devices or healthcare industry, preferably with respiratory products.
* Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare market, including key players in the respiratory care sector.
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
* Willingness to travel across the UK to meet with clients.
Preferred Skills:
* Previous experience selling respiratory medical devices or products related to nasal care.
* Familiarity with NHS procurement processes and private healthcare networks.
Reporting to KAM - UK & Ireland
Working Conditions:
* This role may require travel to client sites across the UK.
* Flexible working hours may be necessary to accommodate client schedules.
