This position is mainly looking for individuals who can work off shifts. (2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). The starting wage for Manufacturing Technician (In Training) is $21.96 plus a shift premium for off shifts.**Required Skills and Education**- Operating presses that forge steel, automatic or manual- Driving Forklifts- Sorting of parts- Checking Quality on all products- Ensuring a safe work environment- This position requires frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and carrying. It also requires occasional driving of a hi-lo.- Required to be able to perform work on ladders and platforms. Must have good balance and physical agility.- Must be able to work for prolonged durations for equipment repairs and job changeovers.- Working environment is a manufacturing facility with heavy equipment/machinery.
