My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy who is looking to employ a Building Physics Consultant that will lead and support the company's energy modelling efforts and sustainability goals.

Essential Criteria
* Proficient in IES VE building simulation software.
* Significant experience in building physics specifically energy modelling and building simulation
* Able to take on a proactive role on projects
* Report writing
* Knowledge regarding energy modelling and building simulation
Desirable Criteria
* A good understanding of Mechanical Building Service Systems
* Knowledge of HVAC system modelling
* Knowledge of SAP methodology and assessment
* IES Accreditation
* OCDEA/LCC/LCEA qualifications
* Degree in building Physics or other relevant engineering discipline
* Daylighting simulation
* Knowledge of BREEAM/ WELL and any other sustainable assessment methods
